Idaho Rejects Bonus Point System
July 16, 2010.
The Idaho Fish and Game Commission during a July 8 meeting rejected a proposed bonus point program.
The proposed bonus point program was rejected after several commissioners expressed their reservation about the program and the lack of clear public support.
The proposal that had been put forth had features in common with the system currently used by Nevada, and would have been a significant benefit to hunters who got in on the ground floor. See our June 22nd update for more details ... altough it's kind of moot now.
