Arizona Spring Applications Due October 9 -- No Online Apps
The deadline to submit applications for Arizona's spring 2008 hunts (turkey, javelina, bison, and bear) is Tuesday, October 9. Due to the ongoing problems Arizona had with their online application vendor, no online application service will be available. To apply, you'll need to complete paper applications and send them in, along with full permit fees, by US Mail.
For most non-resident hunters, the spring draw is much less interesting than Arizona's fall draw (when deer, elk, antelope, and sheep tags are in play). However, there are some interesting tags, including 10 either-sex tags for bison out of the House Rock herd. Unfortunately, you're looking at a $5,452.25 license!
The Hunt Draw Information booklet is available in PDF format at:

The draw should be complete by November 16. Arizona usually beats their draw deadlines.
