Colorado Archery Seasons Reportedly Slow

With Colorado's regular rifle seasons just around the corner, archery season is just wrapping up. An article in the Craig Daily Press reports that the archery season in northwestern Colorado has been slow.

As summarized by one northern Colorado taxidermist: “If the best hunting I’ve ever seen around here was a 10, the worst being a zero, we’re at about a six, I’d say."

Most hunters speculate that a tough winter is to blame.
