2009 Wyoming Big Game Applications Available
December 3, 2008.
The non-resident application book for the 2009 Wyoming big game seasons is now available on the website of Wyoming Game and Fish.
If you applied last year, you should have received a postcard notifying you of the availability of the apps about a week ago. But, they didn't seem to actually be available until Tuesday, about a week later than last year.
Access the applications online. As of Tuesday, the link to the 2009 applications was mislabeled "2008 Nonresident Application Booklet," but nevertheless pointed to 2009 info.
- In 2009, there may not be a leftover draw. Instead, leftover licenses may be available at automated license selling agents on a first-come-first-served basis. WGFD advises us to check the Department’s Web site for details after April 1, 2009.
- License prices have remained the same as last year, ranging from $286 for an antelope tag to $2,266 for a bighorn sheep tag.
Resident application booklets will be available at Game and Fish offices and license agents by the last week of December.
